Cancellation and Refund Policy  

Aanandam Insights is committed to delivering high-quality corporate workshops in both virtual (online) and in-presence (in-person) modes. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. Please review the policy below for details.

 

1. Cancellations and Changes by Aanandam Insights  

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a workshop at our discretion due to reasons such as insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure events like natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics). Modifications may include changing the delivery mode (e.g., from in-person to online). In such cases:  

- We will notify you at the earliest possible time via email.  

- You will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop, at our discretion.  

- Aanandam Insights will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to such changes or cancellations.

 

2. Cancellations by You  

If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, the following refund terms apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@aanandam.co. The date of receipt of your request will determine eligibility for a refund.

 

3. Refund Policy  

3.1 Online (Virtual) Workshops  

- Cancellation Window: Refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop.  

- Administrative Fee: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.  

- After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested less than 7 days before the start date or for non-attendance.  

 

3.2 In-Person Workshops  

- Cancellation Window: Refunds may be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop.  

- Administrative Fee: A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to account for logistical and planning costs.  

- After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested less than 14 days before the start date or for non-attendance.  

 

3.3 Processing of Refunds  

- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.  

- Any bank charges or payment gateway fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by you.  

 

3.4 Exceptional Circumstances  

- In rare cases, such as medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard terms. Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@aanandam.co with supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate). Approvals are at the sole discretion of Aanandam Insights and are not guaranteed.  

 

4. No-Show Policy  

Failure to attend a workshop (online or in-person) without prior cancellation notification will not qualify for a refund or credit, regardless of the reason for absence.

 

5. Workshop Credits  

- If a refund is not feasible, we may, at our discretion, offer a workshop credit equivalent to the paid amount (after applicable deductions). This credit can be used toward any future workshop within 6 months from the date of issuance, subject to availability. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

6. Governing Law  

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
