By accessing our website, registering for a workshop, or utilizing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to individuals, corporate representatives, attendees, and workshop participants (“you” or “your”). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

We provide organizational services for workshops, both online (via virtual platforms) and in-person (at designated venues), tailored to the needs of corporations and individuals. These workshops may cover various topics, including but not limited to professional development, team-building, leadership training, and personal growth. The specifics of each workshop, including dates, times, locations (if applicable), fees, and content, will be outlined on our website or in separate communications at the time of registration.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are registering on behalf of a corporation or group, you warrant that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

- **Termination of Account**: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

5. Fees and Payment

- **Payment Terms**: Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via Razorpay and or bank transfers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount.

- **Refunds**: Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy (see Section 11 below). No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a workshop unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our Website and Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:

- Use the Website or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or Services, including by introducing viruses or malicious code.

- Record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without prior written consent from us.

- Harass, threaten, or defame other participants, instructors, or our staff.

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when registering for or attending workshops.

7. Intellectual Property

- **Limited License**: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal or internal business purposes related to the workshop. 9. Workshop Conduct and Recordings

- **Participation**: You agree to participate in workshops respectfully and in accordance with any guidelines provided by us or the workshop facilitator.

- **Recordings**: We may record online workshops for quality assurance, marketing, or future use. By participating, you consent to being recorded and grant us the right to use such recordings, including your voice or likeness, for these purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us in advance at info@aanandam.co.

- **In-Person Workshops**: Attendees are prohibited from recording in-person workshops unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. Cancellation and Changes

- **By Us**: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify workshops (e.g., changing from in-person to online) at our discretion due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or credit toward a future workshop, at our discretion.

- **By You**: Cancellation by you is subject to our Refund Policy (Section 11).

11. Refund Policy

- **Online Workshops**: Refunds for online workshops may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled start date, subject to a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this period or for non-attendance.

- **In-Person Workshops**: Refunds for in-person workshops may be requested up to 14 days before the event, subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event or for non-attendance.

- **Exceptions**: Refunds beyond these terms may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at our sole discretion, upon written request to info@aanandam.co.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific workshop giving rise to the claim.

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party actions.

13. Disclaimers

- **As-Is Basis**: The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

- **Workshop Outcomes**: While we strive to deliver high-quality workshops, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aanandam Insights, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

- Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but provisions such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification will survive.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- **Governing Law**: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- **Disputes**: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Goa India under the rules of Indian laws. Each party shall bear its own costs, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

Our website or workshops may integrate or link to third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g., video conferencing software). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of such third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

19. Force Majeure
